A contemporary door by definition is a modern door, currently associated with plain grooved flush doors. Zodiac fits into this category, although plain it is not having a dazzling colour contrast style unlike any other.

 

Unique to J.B Kind, they come fully finished, with all doors having solid composite cores (not honeycomb).

 

There are two great veneer options - Oak - with Dark Red Hardwood grooves and beads. A delightful Red Hardwood - stained to a Dark Walnut finish with Light Oak grooves and beads.

KEY ZODIAC FLUSH FD30 INFORMATION:

 

For use in single leves only.

 

Use Therm-a-seal intumescents or smokeseals 20 x 4mm jambs and 25 x 4mm head to create of frame rebate or door edge.

 

Hinges and latches must be bedded on 2mm Therm-a-strip G30 intumescents.

 

Minimum frame size 95mm x 32mm with minimum 45mm x 12mm stop.

 

Maximum size reduction to fit 5mm each vertical edge and only 2mm at the bottom edge.

 

FD30 size 2024 x 926 - testing planned during 2009.
